LDS Faith Transition and Reframing Values and Spirituality with TAMARA JACOBS

Today we are joined by Tamara Jacobs, one of Lindsay's closest lifelong friends! In this thoughtful conversation Tamara shares about her LDS faith transition including her experience growing up in the church, what led to her faith transition, and how she has reframed and rebuilt values and spirituality. Tamara shares aspects of deconstructing that were pivotal for her personally as well as in raising her children, and helpful perspectives on reframing values and spirituality after such a big life shift.

Tamara is a wife, mother of four, and is an intervention aide at an elementary school. She loves to read, write, go on walks, and enjoys music and creativity.
