Beautiful Shifts
Honest conversations on life’s transitions & shifts. New perspectives, finding beauty together. We are Lindsay and Shantil - two friends who love good conversation, connection, and expanding our view of the human experience. While going through our own life transitions, we began recognizing many extraordinary shifts in the ordinary lives of people around us. In awe of their ability to find beauty amidst challenge and change, we created this space to share these inspiring stories. Through this podcast, we hope to bring the concept Fred Roger’s loved and explained so well to life, ”Frankly, there isn’t anyone you couldn’t learn to love once you’ve heard their story.” Follow along on Instagram @beautifulshifts_podcast and on Facebook where we share episode updates, photos of guests, video clips, and more.
